Hey Guike, what about the available spaces(how many people can join?) I did read there was a possibility for overnight stay... fridaynight and Saturdaynight... is that arranged by the club or do people have to do it their selves. Many questions, sorry for that, but I hope this will make my decission to come to Arese or not... more easy.

We are making arrangements with a hotel, to have the Alfisti participants discounted rates. In a few days everything will be defined.
Will be given the address, phone and mail of the hotel.
Alfista each, individually, can contact the hotel to book.
Now there are still places.
For security reasons you can not accept more than 150 people.

Ok great! Ill wait for a few days than, as there are 55 people I think it will not be fully booked within a week! Let me know when everything is developed.

Wow, it's great to have someone from so far away that is willing to join us.

Only a note: if I remember well, for the arrangement with the catering company, I think that the last day for joining the event is November, 2!

If any modification is going to occour regarding this limit, Max450 is going to let us know!
